For those hoping for a super bowl rematch, it won't happen as the Saints couldn't keep their end of the bargain losing to the first 7-9 playoff team ever. A definite shocker.
A couple quick thoughts from the game
1. Nice to see former Colts Raheem Brock and Brandon Stokely play key roles in the upset.
Raheem Brock had 2 tackles for loss, 1 sack and a forced fumble.
Bradon Stokley had 4 receptions for 73 yards including a beautiful 45 strike for an early score.
2. It was also very satisfying to see Tracy Porter, the 'hero' of the super bowl for the Saints get shoved out of the way and bulldozed by Marshawn Lynch on a key run.
The Saints loss shows you just how difficult it is to continually achieve success in the league.
Upset watch is on. Let's hope the Colts are up to the challenge. As Owner Jim Irsay tweeted:
Loud! Loud! Loud! LOUD LOudeR. LOUDEST!!!!!! The loudest. EVeR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO COLTS
