Among the Indianapolis Colts inactives for today's critical game against the Buffalo Bills include rookie tight end Coby Fleener, veteran corner Vontae Davis, and rookie nose tackle Josh Chapman.
Fleener and Davis have been out for four weeks straight. Chapman hasn't played a down of football all year, starting the regular season on the P.U.P. list. He also did not play in preseason. In fact, it's been nearly 10 whole months since Chapman played. His last game in pads on a field was the college BCS national championship game between Alabama and LSU.
Other inactives include linebacker Mario Harvey, defensive end Clifton Geathers, offensive tackle Tony Hills, and tight end Dominique Jones. Jones was re-signed to the club just three days ago.
Wide receiver Donnie Avery, who sustained a concussion last week against the Patriots, is expected to play. Teddy Williams is also expected to suit up. With Davis out, the Colts only have four healthy corners starting. Of those four, two were not on the roster when the regular season began.
