2012 NFL Scouting Combine: Turns Out Luck WON'T Throw After All

He'll throw?

He won't.

Wait, his trainer said he might.

No, he really, really won't.

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, [Andrew] Luck indeed isn’t planning to throw, but he may do the other Scouting Combine drills.

But if the Colts are pulling his strings (apparently because the Colts eventually will be calling his name), there’s no reason to do anything at the Scouting Combine.

If nothing else, the situation provides a bit of uncertainty as we prepare for the games of the underwear Olympiad.

It's at this point that we must give Indianapolis Star columnist Bob Kravitz credit for getting the story right last week, though I never doubted his source (shhhhhhhhh, I think it was the Colts, but don't tell anyone, ok?).

That Luck is apparently taking marching orders from (the Colts) should tell you readers all you need to know about management's intentions with the No. 1 overall pick in April (shhhhhhhhh, I think it will be Andrew Luck, but don't tell anyone, especially Peyton Manning, ok?).
