Colts Injuries: Greg Toler Will Miss 5th Straight Game

The injury prone Toler, who has never played a full 16-game season in his five years in the NFL, will miss his fifth straight game with a groin injury.

During the 2013 offseason, the Colts opted to let oft-injured corner Jerraud Powers leave via free agency and signed oft-injured corner Greg Toler to replace him. Powers ended up signing with the Cardinals, Toler's former team, which basically meant Powers and Toler were flipped for each other.

Fast forward to to today and Powers has started all 11 games for the Cardinals. Meanwhile, Toler is scheduled to miss his fifth straight game for the Colts as he recovers slowly from a groin injury.

Also listed as OUT for Sunday's mega match-up with division rival Tennessee is linebacker Kavell Conner (ankle). Safety Sergio Brown is questionable with a hand injury, which is significant seeing as Brown is Indy's best special teams player.

Vontae Davis (groin), Stanley Havili (concussion), and T.Y. Hilton (shoulder) are all probable.

During the week leading up to the game, the Colts signed safety Corey Lynch, formerly of the Chargers. If Brown cannot play Sunday, Lynch will serve as his replacement on special teams and as a reserve safety.
