2013 NFL Winning Stats Predictor Picks: Week 15

Home stretch for the Predictor. Can it stay above .500 picking games Against the Spread?

Marc Lebryk-USA TODAY Sports

A nice bounce-back week for the Winning Stats Predictor last week, going 9-7 Against the Spread, bringing our season record to 106-96-6, which is 52.4%, the exact percentage you need to "beat Vegas". It's always good when you aren't losing money to Vegas. Picking winners was OK, going the exact same 9-7, bringing our season total to 133-74, or 64.3%. Let's have a strong last three weeks to finish off the best season the Winning Stats have had.

This week hit against the spread on Thursday night with the Chargers, but didn't get the winner correct, like most people I'm guessing. Here's the rest of Week 15:

Home Score Away Score Probability
Broncos 32 Chargers 28 60.1%
Falcons 27 Redskins 24 59.4%
Titans 21 Cardinals 24 56.7%
Buccaneers 16 49ers 18 55.6%
Rams 23 Saints 29 65.3%
Giants 17 Seahawks 27 74.4%
Browns 26 Bears 27 52.9%
Colts 28 Texans 23 62.5%
Jaguars 17 Bills 18 54.3%
Dolphins 26 Patriots 23 56.3%
Vikings 22 Eagles 25 59.0%
Raiders 19 Chiefs 25 66.3%
Panthers 26 Jets 15 78.2%
Cowboys 29 Packers 24 62.5%
Steelers 24 Bengals 25 52.9%
Lions 21 Ravens 17 60.5%

SuperContest went 3-2, bringing our season total to 34-34-2. I feel pretty good about the picks this week, all of which are home underdogs:

  • Buccaneers +5.5 vs. 49ers
  • Jaguars +2.5 vs. Bills
  • Vikings +5 vs. Eagles
  • Dolphins +2.5 vs. Patriots
  • Steelers +3 vs. Bengals
