We are [checks watch] seven weeks away from the 2013 NFL Draft at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Seven short little weeks. Between now and then, scouts from various NFL teams will be running around, attending player workouts, school pro days, and any other event that showcases a muscular dude running and jumping in shorts.
Scouts for the Indianapolis Colts are no different than any other team's. They are on the road, guzzling coffee, working to make Ryan Grigson look like a genius two years in a row.
I'm told reps from ATL, CAR, GB, HOU, IND, JAX, NE, NYG, SF, SEA, STL, TEN & WAS are expected at #UMass Pro Day on Monday. #NFLDraft

Our own Evan Sidery noticed this:
#Colts scouts were all over Rayon Simmons Jr. today. He's a running back out of Winona State. m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=64vf…

For the U Mass Pro Day, one person the scouts could have been looking at is offensive lineman Stephane Milhim. Also participating were WR Alan Williams, WR Deion Walker, DL Hafis Williams, OL Nick Speller, OL Quinton Sales, LB Perry McIntyre, and RB Michael Cox.
For the Minnesota Pro Day, it's possible WR Terrell Sinkfield had the interest of scouts. Gophers quarterback MarQueis Gray was the only players invited to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
