Colts first round pick Bjoern Werner still isn't signed, which means he cannot participate in training camp until his John Hancock is scribbled on the dotted line of his first NFL contract.
However, the rest of the 2013 rookie crop for the Indianapolis Colts can report to the team complex in Indianapolis as early as Tuesday. All rookies, save Werner, are under contract.
All players, rookie and veteran, under contract must report to camp on Saturday, July 27th.
Some of those players are already beginning the trip back to Indianapolis from their offseason locales.
Almost about that time to head back to the #HorseShoe
