Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw Practicing, Won't Play In Third Preseason Game

Bradshaw is practicing for the first time this year.

All this week Colts running back Ahmad Bradshaw has practiced with his new team. This is the first time all year that Bradshaw has been able to do this due to a foot injury that forced him to miss OTAs, minicamp, training camp, and the first two preseason games.

Speaking of preseason, even though Bradshaw has practiced all week, he will not play in the Colts' third preseason game this Saturday against the Browns. The third game is viewed by coaches as the "dress rehearsal" game before the start of the regular season, when games actually count in the win-loss column.

With Delone Carter traded to the Ravens earlier this week, the Colts will have Vick Ballard, Donald Brown, Kerwynn Williams, and Davin Meggett available at the running back position. Look for Ballard to take a majority of the snaps with Brown and Williams rotating in in the second half.

Fullback Stanley Havili is also available if the Colts need a back to carry the rock.
