Check out the Browns v. Colts preseason primer HERE.
If you thought that the third preseason game for the Indianapolis Colts would give you your first glance at new safety LaRon Landry, YAY! You're in luck!
Landry is slated to start today in the defensive backfield.
If you were hoping for your first chance to see running back Ahmad Bradshaw, or to see if tight end Coby Fleener would stop being a soft, stone-handed bust of a second round pick this evening, sorry. Both are not expected to play, nor is tight end Dwayne Allen.
The positive on Allen is he wasn't seen wearing a protective boot on his injured foot this week in practice.
The negative on Fleener is he's still soft, recovering from a knee injury he sustained in last week's preseason win over the Giants.
Rookie offensive linemen Hugh Thornton and Khaled Holmes both practiced this week and are expected to see snaps. Jeff Linkenbach was announced by head coach Chuck Pagano as the starter at right guard, replacing the injured Mike McGlynn, who tweaked his knee this week at practice.
