I've written and spoken enough about how Kavell Conner is one of the better linebackers on this team, and how he should be starting over the less-than-durable option that is Pat Angerer. I've joked that Conner likely slept with Mrs. Pagano and Mrs. Grigson, and because of this both men seem to have it out for the third-year linebacker!

Again, I said that as a joke. Now that I see Rapoport's tweet, I'm not so sure it's a joke anymore.

Look, I know there are many of you out there you will blindly follow the actions and reasoning of general manager Ryan Grigson and head coach Chuck Pagano because you feel compelled to. If so, stop reading right now and go have some pancakes.

For the rest of you, trading Kavell Conner is extremely dumb.

It trumps keeping Samson Satele over A.Q. Shipley. If any of you can give me a reason why trading Conner makes sense, I'll gladly listen. However, right now, I'm starting to think that Grigson is not as good as we've made him out to be, and it's because of confusing moves (or potential moves) like the one Rapoport is reporting.

Cue the 'BRAD HATEZ GRIGSON" crowd. Hopefully they brought cookies.
