The Indianapolis Colts (2-2) host the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) today (1:00 p.m. ET, CBS) in a matchup of two good teams that will provide a test for each of them. In order to get you ready for the game as we approach kickoff, here are the Colts' inactives for today's game:
CB Jalil Brown
OLB Chris Carter
OL Khaled Holmes
OL Jamon Meredith
DL Kelcy Quarles
DL Arthur Jones
OL Jack Mewhort
A few thoughts...
- We already knew that both starting defensive lineman Arthur Jones and starting offensive lineman Jack Mewhort would miss today's game. Jones suffered a high ankle sprain in week two and is still recovering, while Mewhort also has an ankle injury that forced him to miss practice this week and Chuck Pagano ruled him out as early as Wednesday. For Jones, it is his third straight game missed and for the rookie Mewhort it is his first.
- Other than that, no real surprises. Holmes was inactive last week as well. Undrafted rookie Jonotthan Harrison will make his first career start at center for the Colts today. A.Q. Shipley is his backup.
Here are the Ravens inactives:
Ravens inactives: DE Chris Canty, LB Arthur Brown, LT Eugene Monroe, OG John Urschel, TE P. Supernaw, DL Timmy Jernigan, WR M. Canpanaro.
