If you were brave enough to stick it out for that entire first half, you might want to consider spending halftime washing your eyes out. Simply put, that was one terrible half of football from the Colts as they enter halftime with a 6-3 lead over the Jaguars.
The teams combined for nine points, five turnovers, and five sacks (all given up by the Colts) in the first half - and in case you were wondering, yeah that's bad. The offensive line has been absolutely atrocious for the Colts, and three lost fumbles have really hurt them as well. The defense has done a pretty good job, and the special teams units have been great as always (including two Adam Vinatieri field goals to extend his streak to 30 consecutive makes), but the offense just can't get anything going.
Hopefully the Colts will figure it out at halftime, because that was one terrible half of offensive football for the Colts. Here's your open thread for the second half of the game between the Colts and the Jaguars, and let's just hope it's a better half than the one we just watched.
