Yes, it sucks that there's no football today

Sunday's without football suck.

Andy Lyons

For the first time in 22 weeks, we have no NFL football.

It sucks.

The positives are that, in ten days, the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine will begin, and we'll be thrown head-first into draft season. This will include pro days, regional combines, and private workouts for hundreds of potential draft picks. For those of you who are depressed that the Colts don't have a first round pick, remember that undrafted kids like Da'Rick Rogers, Delano Howell, and Griff Whalen made a much more of an impact in 2014 than 2013 first rounder Bjoern Werner did.

There's talent everywhere, and it's the general manager's job to find it.

Please use this thread to talk about whatever you want. We're roughly 26 weeks away from the first preseason game of 2014. It seems like a long time, but, as we've experienced many times before, July will be here before you know it.
