The Colts returned to the practice field Thursday, so let's take a look at their practice report (the asterisk after the update denotes a player new to the injury report today):
Sergio Brown, FS (shoulder) - limited practice
Jonotthan Harrison, C (hand) - full practice
Khaled Holmes, C/G (ankle) - limited practice
Joe Reitz, G (ankle) - did not practice
Reggie Wayne, WR (rest) - full practice
Erik Walden, OLB (abdomen) - did not practice *
LaRon Landry, S (rest) - did not practice *
A few thoughts...
- Sergio Brown's red practice jersey was gone today, but he was still limited. We're not sure of his status yet for Sunday but should get some update tomorrow from Chuck Pagano when he meets with the media.
- The same is true of Erik Walden - not sure if this injury will threaten his status for Sunday, but we'll get more info from Pagano tomorrow.
- Like Reggie Wayne yesterday, LaRon Landry was resting today. He's fine.
- Khaled Holmes and Jonotthan Harrison practiced for the second straight day. Again, that has to be a very good sign for the status of both for Sunday, though it's still anything but certain that they'll be available. We'll just have to wait and see, though the fact that they've both practiced for two days in a row now is certainly encouraging.
