When it comes to the injury report for the Indianapolis Colts this week, there's on main focus: the status of quarterback Andrew Luck. He's dealing with an injury to his throwing shoulder that, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, makes him "legitimately questionable" for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after being limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
He's not the only player on the injury report for the Colts this week, however, so let's take a look at the full practice report for Indianapolis on Thursday:
Did Not Practice:
Tyler Varga, RB (concussion)
D'Qwell Jackson, ILB (rest)
Bjoern Werner, OLB (rest)
Darius Butler, CB (hip)
Andrew Luck, QB (right shoulder)
Greg Toler, CB (neck)
Dwayne Allen, TE (ankle)
Trent Cole, OLB (knee)
Vontae Davis, CB (ankle)
Josh Robinson, RB (back)
Hugh Thornton, G (knee)
Andre Johnson, WR (rest Wednesday)
Robert Mathis, OLB (rest Wednesday)
The only new additions on today's injury report were D'Qwell Jackson and Bjoern Werner, who both simply received rest days. There's sort of another new addition, however, as Vontae Davis was listed as having rested on Wednesday but was limited today with an ankle injury.
As for changes, Dwayne Allen and Trent Cole both returned to practice in limited roles after sitting out yesterday. That's a good sign and denote progress for both. Also worth noting is that Greg Toler and Darius Butler were both still limited in practice on Thursday.
Josh Robinson and Hugh Thornton both returned to being full participants today after being limited yesterday, which should be a clear sign that they will be available Sunday, as long as they respond well to the work they receive in practice.
One last thing to note is that, at the running back position, the Colts added help today by signing Zurlon Tipton from their practice squad. Tyler Varga missed his second straight day of practice with a concussion, while Robinson is dealing with a back injury (though he was a full participant today). With Andrew Luck dealing with an injury and his status in doubt, I think it's clear that the Colts will have an emphasis on running the football this weekend, regardless of who the quarterback is. Therefore, having depth behind Frank Gore will be an important thing.
