It feels pointless to do a "practice participation report" for OTAs, when the workouts are voluntary, the teams are being extra-cautious, and media can only observe once a week, but who cares: we're football-starved and so we're going to talk about it.
Last Wednesday, when media were allowed to watch the Colts' second OTA practice (and first open to media), there were a number of players who missed, including cornerback Vontae Davis and tight end Coby Fleener. Neither one were any cause for concern last week, but in case you needed any further confirmation, both of them were back out at practice today - the fifth OTA session and the second open to the media. They may have returned earlier, but today is the first day that we're able to observe it.
OTA 5 of 10 this offseason is underway for the @Colts. Both Coby Fleener and Vontae Davis return to work today after missing last Wednesday

Again, in training camp and then in practices during the season doing a practice report is often beneficial, but in OTAs it really doesn't mean much. So don't put much stock at all into who is participating, but with that said, it's always good to see two important players like Davis and Fleener back out at practice.
Of course, Davis had quite a start to today's 11-on-11 session, as he was burned by rookie speedster Phillip Dorsett:

As Bowen also notes, running back Frank Gore is getting a rest day today, which is something we should expect to continue to see in training camp and during the season for the oldest projected starting running back in the league.
