The Wild Card weekend of the NFL playoffs is done with, and we now turn our attention to this upcoming weekend's Divisional Round matchups. Before that, however, comes the college football National Championship game, which will take place tonight between number one Clemson (14-0) and number two Alabama (13-1).
In the first round of the playoffs, both Clemson and Alabama won easily. (1) Clemson defeated (4) Oklahoma 37-17, while (2) Alabama defeated (3) Michigan State 38-0. That set up the top two teams in the country for a showdown in the National Championship game tonight.
Here's information on the game, and consider this your open thread to discuss the college football title game tonight if you so wish.
