Report: Colts linebacker Sio Moore arrested for reckless driving

According to RTV6, Colts linebacker Sio Moore was arrested on Thursday night for reckless driving.

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Sio Moore was arrested on Thursday night in Indianapolis for reckless driving, RTV6 (citing the IMPD) reported tonight.

According to the report, police pulled Moore over on I-65 for driving at least 100 miles per hour and weaving in and out of traffic recklessly.  Authorities did not take Moore into custody but rather issued a summons, meaning he was not taken to jail but will have to appear in court at a later date.  We'll obviously keep you posted for any further developments in the situation.

Moore played 12 games for the Colts in 2015, recording 13 tackles.  He was acquired by the team in a trade with the Oakland Raiders shortly before the season began in exchange for a late-round pick in 2016.  Originally drafted by the Raiders in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft, Moore played in 26 games (starting 22) for the Raiders during his two seasons there, recording 140 tackles, 7.5 sacks, a pass defensed, and two forced fumbles.  Despite the fact that the Colts liked Moore enough to trade for him before the season began, he really didn't see a ton of playing time in 2015 and was instead relegated to a pretty minor role - even being inactive for some games.
