The Indianapolis Colts announced tonight that they have signed head coach Chuck Pagano to a contract extension, a stunning turn of events for a coach who seemed as good as gone. One group, however, is absolutely thrilled about the news: Colts players.

The players really love Chuck Pagano, and I have to think that is one of the main reasons why owner Jim Irsay opted to re-sign his head coach. He has the complete support of his locker room, and that's something that isn't always easy to find in today's NFL.
