The Colts are on a bye week today, so it’s the rare fall Sunday that’s freed up without Indianapolis playing. But the NFL still goes on, and there are several intriguing matchups to watch today.
Here’s the full lineup for week ten games taking place today:
1:00 p.m. ET
Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars
Denver Broncos at New Orleans Saints
Los Angeles Rams at New York Jets
Atlanta Falcons at Philadelphia Eagles
Kansas City Chiefs at Carolina Panthers
Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Minnesota Vikings at Washington Redskins
Green Bay Packers at Tennessee Titans
4:05 p.m. ET
Miami Dolphins at San Diego Chargers
4:25 p.m. ET
San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals
Dallas Cowboys at Pittsburgh Steelers
8:30 p.m. ET
Seattle Seahawks at New England Patriots
For Colts fans, it will be interesting to at least pay attention to the other three AFC South teams playing today, especially the matchup between the Texans and the Jaguars. For the Colts, it would be nice if the Texans lose to the Jaguars and the Titans lose to the Packers, but it’s not crucial at this point in the year with seven games remaining. The Colts will host the Titans next week.
Among the other games, the Broncos/Saints matchup could be an interesting one between a great offense and a great defense (and on the flip side a bad defense against a bad offense), while the Falcons/Eagles game, Cowboys/Steelers game, and Seahawks/Patriots game could all also be quite interesting.
It should be a good day of NFL football even though the Colts aren’t playing, and if you’re going to be watching all the action then consider this an open thread for you to discuss the game with each other.
