Well that was fast, after reporting yesterday that Malik Hooker would be a full go for training camp in a week, the Colts reported this morning that a hamstring issue will place him on the PUP.

While it is unlikely that the hamstring threatens his status for the start of the season, it will cost him important time in training camp and could slow his growth. We will keep you posted as we learn more but it should make it clear that the team is going to use the PUP liberally to ensure the long-term health of players who are still recovering from injuries.
