The Indianapolis Colts have released the final injury report for their Week 3 tilt with the Cleveland Browns.
- OUT—QB Andrew Luck (shoulder), RB Marlon Mack (shoulder), WR Chester Rogers (hamstring), C Ryan Kelly (foot), ILB Anthony Walker (hamstring), CB Quincy Wilson (knee)
- DOUBTFUL—CB Vontae Davis (groin)
- QUESTIONABLE—WR Kamar Aiken (hip), TE Brandon Williams (calf), DB Darius Butler (hamstring), CB Chris Milton (hamstring)
There was optimism that the Colts would get Davis back after he went out during the preseason. The secondary has had flashes without him, but he would certainly give them a boost. He has practiced four consecutive sessions, so his chances are much better of playing next week.
The Colts get starting inside linebacker Antonio Morrison back next to Jon Bostic, sending Jeremiah George back into a rotational role.
Rookie second-round pick Wilson did not practice at all this week after looking great last week in his first career start. With Wilson out, we may see more of Nate Hairston, T.J. Green and Chris Milton (if he plays) at cornerback.
Jacoby Brissett will start for a second consecutive week in Luck’s absence. Undrafted free agent Deyshawn Bond—who has almost exclusively filled in for Kelly as the starting center since Kelly went down in training camp—gets the nod at center.
Kamar Aiken (if he plays) will continue to play with Rogers out. Otherwise, it will be Quan Bray and Matt Hazel. With Mack out, the Colts will call Matt Jones up from the practice squad since Frank Gore and Robert Turbin are the only other running backs on the active roster.
The Browns’ injury report is pretty cut-and-dry thus far.
