Thus far, through the 2018 season, the Indianapolis Colts have continued to bring disappointment. Starting the year 1-5 has featured close losses that maybe shouldn’t have been losses at all, plenty of mental mistakes and a ton of inconsistency as well.
On the other hand, we’ve seen Andrew Luck blast off from running an offense that brought a new meaning to the dink-and-dunk approach, to leading the league in attempts, currently running second in touchdown passes, sitting at eighth in passing yards and currently has the third-lowest sack percentage.
There is virtually nothing that we can count on at this point with this team other than several drops per game and more injuries popping up. With that, we’re seeing some positive signs of the youth in this team finding some success.
Sunday, the Colts put another mixed bag of film out there and along with some of the disappointment, there is just as much to be excited about. The major problem is that the Colts have Luck where they want him for the most part, but the rest of the roster is nowhere near where they need to be for them to string together multiple victories or make a legitimate run at the post season.
Today, Matt will break down what notes he jotted down from the Colts Week 6 loss and what positives the fan base needs to hang on to right now.
