The Indianapolis Colts have released their injury report for Wednesday, their first update of the week as they look to get healthy for game day against the Oakland Raiders:

Biggest news of the afternoon was the return of tight end Jack Doyle to practice. After missing the last five games with a hip injury. He was limited in his return, but slow progress should see him back on the field in short time. Head coach Frank Reich also said he thinks there’s “a chance” he plays on Sunday.

There is still no update on if and when kicker Adam Vinatieri will return to the practice field. After dealing with a groin injury since Week 5, the 45-year-old re-aggravated his issues in the game against Buffalo.

Malik Hooker hit the injury report with hip problems for the second time this season. His first appearance, in Week 5, Hooker was still a full participant. Something to keep an eye on as the week progresses.

Clayton Geathers case of the injury bug may be a thing of the past in short time. After dealing with a concussion, the report has him participating fully and with the only injury listed as neck. Not to say that Geathers’ neck should be of no concern, but moving on from a concussion should have him back in action soon for the first time since Week 5.

Denico Autry made his way onto the injury report, however this time with an ankle. After missing the last few games with hamstring problems, he seems to have his ankle concerns from earlier in the season resurfacing.
