The Colts are on the road today to face the Oakland Raiders in their week 8 contest. This Raiders unit has been jettisoning talent and alienating its star players since Jon Gruden got to town, in what seems like Gruden’s attempt to reboot the system.

All that disruption has the Raiders team reeling and it creates a great opportunity for the Colts to get a much needed road win and give them some real momentum heading into their bye week.
