Colts-Titans announce Week 11 inactives

NFL: Indianapolis Colts at New York Jets Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

The Indianapolis Colts are set for their Week 11 AFC South matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Despite being only two weeks out of their bye there are still some injury issues popping up.

The Colts recently announced that three would be OUT, but safety Malik Hooker was added to that list just Friday. Aside Nate Hairston in the secondary there will be a need for the coverage units to be atop their game in this one. Additionally, Ryan Hewitt will be another hole for the Colts to fill within their system as he’s been one of the more productive blocking options in different packages offensively.

Otherwise, the Colts appear to be pretty healthy on both sides of the ball. Clayton Geathers, however, looks to be a gametime decision as he was a non-participant in two of their three (Wednesday and Friday) practices this week.

The Colts offense will be particularly pertinent in this matchup as they go against a top-5 NFL defense in the Titans. The Colts will need to remain healthy throughout the game and to be on their best game in order to keep the balance between both sides of the ball.

The Titans have also announced their inactives for this one.
