The Indianapolis Colts will get to see the talents of defensive lineman for the first time this season.
The Colts activated defensive lineman Tyquan Lewis from the Injured Reserve list — while also elevating linebacker Skai Moore from the practice squad — to the 53-man roster. In order to clear space for the two defensive players, Indianapolis waived wide receiver Steve Ishmael and running back Robert Turbin — who missed the first four games of the year due to a suspension for performance enhancing drugs.
Lewis, who was placed on injured reserve during the early parts of September, has yet to appear in a game this season after being drafted 64th overall (second round) in the 2018 NFL Draft. Lewis appeared in 53 games for Ohio State, compiling 112 tackles, 36.5 tackles for loss, 23.5 sacks, five passes defensed and five forced fumbles.
