The Indianapolis Colts have had a few weeks this season in which they’ve had lengthy injury reports. Week 14 just may be one of the largest, though, that the Colts have sported all year.
With four already being ruled out (Mo Alie-Cox, Dontrelle Inman, Ryan Kelly, Mike Mitchell) earlier in the week, and several being listed as questionable, the Colts are again heading into an AFC South matchup short-handed.

On the other hand, T.Y. Hilton — who was one of those in the questionable category — will be active today. It’s a good thing too as Hilton has been a true nemesis for the Houston Texans for years, and the Colts will also have rookie Daurice Fountain in the lineup for the first time this season. The hope is that he can fill in admirably for Inman who has been one of Andrew Luck’s favorite late-down targets since being signed to the team.
Hassan Ridgeway, Jonathan Williams, and Le’Raven Clark will round out the inactive list for the Colts in Houston.
As for the Texans, Keke Coutee will be inactive today after battling a hamstring injury and that’s very good news for the Colts defense. Coutee diced up the Colts in their first meeting for 109 receiving yards on 11 catches.

The rest of the Texans appear to be largely healthy for this matchup outside of Zach Fulton. This may be an area that the Colts could hope to exploit as forcing constant pressure on Deshaun Watson will be necessary in order for them to have a chance at coming away with a win against the red hot Texans.
