The process of bringing in his supporting cast has finally come to a close for Frank Reich. Indianapolis Colts’ new head coach has brought in some new names, young and fresh coaches to the NFL scene in attempt to surround himself with an innovative staff that can grow together.

Reich’s vision appears to be one that can create a respected staff who can get through to the existing veterans and develop the existing young talent and future draft picks. Just today we learned that Tom Rathman would be joining the staff as running backs coach, but he joins a very interesting list of offensive minds to build a rapport with Andrew Luck and the Colts skill-position players.

Reich has reached out through connections he’s made in the league to this point, and despite some of the names being largely unknown by fans until know, there looks to be some great respect for most of the hires.
