With the sixth pick of the 2018 NFL Draft, our Indianapolis Colts selected Quenton Nelson, a guard out of Notre Dame. The selection has been praised almost universally. Nelson is viewed as a can't-miss player by most. We've all had time to let the pick sink in, and most Colts fans and media alike seem to like the selection.

While most truly didn't see this pick coming, including Nelson himself, the massive guard has made an impression on those that have seen him play. Chris Ballard is being hailed as a genius for being able to trade down, pick up three extra second round picks and still select what many people considered to be the best player in the draft.

It's true that many in the media feel positively about the pick, not everyone feels that way:

Some people are upset that the Colts used a top 10 pick on a guard, even though that guard is really good:

Ultimately none of us will know how this pick is going to work out until real football games start being played. Until then I want to know what the fanbase thinks. Let us know in the comments why you either approve of the pick or why Ballard made a huge mistake.

Did you hate the positional value?

Do you love the fact that we, by all accounts, should have one of the best guards in football?

Do love the fact that Nelson was my highest rated offensive lineman and the highest rated player in the 2018 Stampede Blue Draft Guide?

Do you wish we would have picked a different player given who was available at six?
