According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, former Washington Redskins CB Bashaud Breeland has landed in Indianapolis to meet with the Colts after leaving Kansas City without a contract.
Free agent CB Bashaud Breeland landed in Indianapolis last night and is going on his second visit with the #Colts today, source said. There was mutual interest last time, but Breeland wasn’t healthy enough. It could come together this time. He was in KC yesterday.

Breeland is only 26 years old. He is 6’0” and 194 lbs. Breeland is willing in run support and is an aggressive tackler. He’s got solid coverage abilities and could excel in the Colts new, aggressive Cover-2 scheme. He also took on responsibilities in the kick return game from time to time.
The Colts previously had interest in Breeland, bringing him in for a visit earlier in the off-season. However, at that time, Breeland was not fully recovered from the foot injury that caused him to fail his physical with the Carolina Panthers.
Adding Breeland would certainly improve one of the Colts more inexperienced positional groups.
