Colts Cast: Day 4 audio from Colts training camp | w/Jake Arthur

We dive back into the interviews here on Day 4 of Colts training camp and welcome back Jake Arthur to help us dissect it all.

There continues to be some obvious consistencies with this Indianapolis Colts roster thus far through training camp. Frank Reich has looked comfortable in his first season as head coach — who will be calling the plays — and now we see Andrew Luck approaching the season with a similar level of focus.

We had some interesting interviews on Day 4 of Indianapolis Colts training camp, and we are again going to give that to you uncut. Yesterday’s first padded practice was one they hope to build on, and tonight’s evening practice will feature the first such full-go practice for Andrew Luck.

We spoke with coach Frank Reich again, Luck made his way to the podium and gave some good updates on his process and his road back to where he is at this point.

We also spoke to defensive end John Simon, trying to gauge where he is within the transition to a 4-man front, and some input on how he sees this rookie bunch at the position.

Matt Slauson also joins us, and in the process we hear from him what we’ve been hearing from others along the Colts front line of protection. Slauson stresses a feature that most Colts fans should be quite excited about. We haven’t seen an O-line eith this much depth in several year, and the rotation between players and positions is one to keep a close eye on as camp moves forward and the preseason kicks off.

We also welcome back friend of the show, Jake Arthur, to discuss everything we have been seeing thus far through camp. Come for the player/coach interviews, but stay for the analysis afterwards with myself and Jake.
