Former Colts WR Quan Bray agrees to deal with Houston Texans

Another wide receiver — a position of need for the Indianapolis Colts — is off the free agent market.

The Houston Texans have agreed to a contract with wide receiver and kick returner Quan Bray, his agents announced on Sunday afternoon.

Bray, who went undrafted out of Auburn University, is a former member of the Colts receiving core, catching six passes for 75 yards in 24 total appearances. The former Tiger is known for his return skills, returning 45 punts for 314 yards and 48 kick-off returns for 1,231 yards.

When his stint with the Colts ended, Bray signed with the Buffalo Bills. But that was short-lived as Buffalo cut him just last week.

During his time at Auburn, Bray was named second-team All-Southeastern Conference as a return specialist.
