The Colts have released the players who will be inactive for today’s game and it doesn’t offer too many surprises.

One interesting thing of note, Marlon Mack, Robert Turbin, Tion Green, and Branden Oliver are all listed as inactive. That leaves Jordan Wilkins, Nyheim Hines, and Christine Michael to divide up the duties at running back. If the rookies want to establish themselves as central to the offense, today is the day to do it.
Additionally, both Nate Hairston and Quincy Wilson are out today, which leaves the cornerback group pretty thin as well. This bodes well for the guys who are hoping to win a spot as one of the depth corners. Kenny Moore and Pierre Desir will both likely get plenty of time, but the depth guys will have to take on a good bit of time as well.
In positive news, Kemoko Turay appears to be suiting up, and Denzelle Good will be as well. These two both have competition for starting roles at their respective positions, so it’ll be interesting to see how much they each play today.
The Colts kick off against the 49ers at 4:30pm EDT.
