The practice squad for the Indianapolis Colts is set to go for the season.

The Colts announced on Monday that they have added running Jeremy McNichols to round out all the available spots for the scout team.

A year ago, McNichols — who is just 22 years of age — was chosen by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round (162nd overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft.

McNichols spent three years with the Boise State football program, racking up 4,294 yards from scrimmage. He ran for 3,205 and 44 touchdowns, carrying the ball for an average of 5.6 yards. McNichols showed that he can be a commodity receiving the ball out of the backfield as well, tallying 1,089 yards and 11 touchdowns.
