The Colts come out of their week 6 bye not quite as healthy as we might have hoped, but facing a season-impacting match-up with the Texans all the same. They’ll be without several key pieces on defense, and they’re up against a Texans offense that has been firing on all cylinders in recent weeks.
Frank Reich said this week that every game plan is unique to the opponent, and so it will be interesting to see how the Colts attack this Texans team. The top two cornerbacks for the Texans are both listed as questionable and have been dealing with hamstring issues that could make an aerial attack a favorable option for the Colts.
We haven’t seen them take that approach much this season, and a balance between the pass and the run seems likely to help dictate the pace of the game. Marlon Mack ran for 148 yards and a touchdown against this team last year in the playoffs, so there is plenty of reason to think they could find offensive success either way.
This is a critical game for the Colts, and here’s all the information you need to tune in!
