The Indianapolis Colts have had a rough week in spite of having it be on their bye week. Justin Houston and Quenton Nelson were both late additions to the injury report this week, but it appears that everything is on the up and up at this point.
Quite honestly I don’t think anyone expected Nelson to miss this one as long as his legs were still attached. Ebron’s illness didn’t linger either and every bit of good news right now is needed for a Colts’ roster that can’t seem to keep everyone healthy regardless of game or practice.
Somehow, Le’Raven Clark manages to find a way on to the inactive list amid a myriad of injuries on this squad.
Kenny Moore, Tyquan Lewis, and Parris Campbell were already known to be sitting this matchup, but there is some good news in the way of learning that Houston, Pierre Desir and a handful of others will be active for this pivotal AFC South home game.
For the Houston Texans, however, there appears to be some bad news, or good news depending on how you choose to look at it. It’s good news for Colts’ fans with Bradley Roby and Mike Adams not suiting up, leaving their secondary short, but also Tytus Howard won’t be active today either.
The Colts have enough to deal with today on both sides of the ball, and they can only hope to take advantage of the weaknesses that the Texans still have despite of their inactive list.
