Colts Wednesday Injury Report for Week 11: 6 Colts DNP, Leonard limited, Brissett was full-go

NFL: Miami Dolphins at Indianapolis Colts Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

The Indianapolis Colts are coming off of their most embarrassing loss of the season in Week 10, but will have an opportunity to redeem themselves this Sunday when they host the Jacksonville Jaguars for their first matchup of the season. The Colts and Jaguars have opposite records at the moment, but the AFC South has been an unforgiving division thus far.

The Colts were relatively healthy heading into their Week 10 game against the Dolphins, but that didn’t much matter. With the news that WR Devin Funchess will return to practice, the receiving corps will get a nice little bump, but there is still uncertainty as to whether he’ll play this week.

This week there’s a large cast of players who did not participate in the first practice of Week 11.

Mo Alie-Cox (hip), Parris Campbell (hand), Pierre Desir (hamstring), Jack Doyle (shoulder), T.Y. Hilton (calf), and Jordan Wilkins (ankle) all sat out today.

Clayton Geathers (rest) and Darius Leonard (abdomen) were limited, and some great news, Jacoby Brissett was full-go today. This is a large list with some important players that have some healing in front of them.

With Brissett fully back into practice, this paved the way for his possible return this weekend. If you haven’t been under a rock, this is great new so that Brian Hoyer never throws another pass as and Indianapolis Colt. Hopefully the rest of this list shrinks over the next two days and there aren’t any surprises heading into Sunday.
