The Indianapolis Colts have signed offensive tackle Cedrick Lang to the practice squad and released offensive tackle Gerhard de Beer from the practice squad as the corresponding move.

Offensive tackle Cedrick Lang went undrafted out of UTEP after the 2016 NFL draft and was signed by the New York Giants. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos and most recently the New England Patriots. Lang spent the 2019 offseason participating in the Patriots offseason programme before being released during preseason cuts.
Offensive tackle Gerhard de Beer, who was signed earlier in the week to the Colts practice squad, went undrafted out of Arizona after the 2018 NFL Draft and was signed by the Buffalo Bills. He also spent time most recently with the Green Bay Packers, participating in their offseason program then was released prior to the season.
