Yesterday’s injury report for the Indianapolis Colts looked dreadful on the surface, but with only walk-throughs between Week 11 and their Thursday night matchup with the Houston Texans, it’s difficult to gauge how serious any injury issues are.
We know about Marlon Mack having a broken hand, T.Y. Hilton’s calf injury and so on. The largest need for players right now, however, is rest.
With today’s walk-through, Tuesday's injury report is only an estimation of a player’s participation if there was a practice. pic.twitter.com/KcaP8CS6Ju

It looks as if today’s list has thinned out a bit. Anthony Castonzo, Mo Alie-Cox, Clayton Geathers, George Odum, and Jordan Wilkins all upgraded from being non-participants yesterday. Eric Ebron, Hilton, Mack, Rock Ya-Sin, Shakial Taylor, and Khari Willis were all still considered as non-participants today.
Those who were unable to go today aren’t much of a surprise, but it still makes for a rough look-ahead to Thursday’s AFC South matchup, even with those progressing looking to be prepared for the game.
There will be some key positions that are short on talent this week, but fans and the Colts alike are hoping that the depth Chris Ballard has attempted to create, will step up and keep the team from having much of a fall off.
