With a huge Thursday night game against the Houston Texans looming, the Colts might just be getting a big boost on offense.

T.Y. Hilton has been listed as questionable to play, but his status on the injury report indicated he would have been a full participant for normal practice. Hilton has a long history of feasting on the Houston Texans, and he had 284 yards in his last two trips to Houston. The Colts are a dramatically different offense with Hilton on the field, and the timing for his return would be tough for the Texans, who are absolutely decimated in the secondary.
In addition to Hilton, Eric Ebron, Mo Alie-Cox, and Pierre Desir were all listed as full participants and seem likely to play. The return of Pierre Desir would be a huge one, because the defense has played really well in his absence, but he is the Colts best outside cornerback and being able to use him to minimize the impact of DeAndre Hopkins could be a major factor in the game.
Only Shakial Taylor, Marlon Mack, Parris Campbell, and Khari Willis were officially ruled out for the game, despite a significant number of names appearing on the injury report earlier in the week.
Another question mark is Devin Funchess, who could be activated and play if he is cleared by medical. It is good to see big contributors getting healthy for this team at the time they are most needed.
The Texans will be facing their fair share of injuries, with two safeties, Mike Adams and Justin Reid ruled out due to concussions. Additionally cornerback Lonnie Johnson Jr. was ruled out. Will Fuller is a name to watch, as he was listed as questionable and changes the dynamic of the Texans’ offense considerably.
