The Colts released their Thursday injury report, and it is a bit of a mixed bag.

While guys like Parris Campbell and T.Y. Hilton missing from practice are no surprise, Pierre Desir not practicing after returning to a limited role Wednesday is somewhat concerning. Desir has struggled to return from a lingering hamstring injury and has been unable to get healthy.
New to the list is Quincy Wilson, who didn’t practice with a shoulder injury. The impact of this on the roster is likely to be minimal as Wilson has been a healthy scratch from the prior two games. Additionally, Ryan Kelly went from a full practice participant Wednesday to limited in today’s practice. The hope here is that he is simply taking it easy in anticipation of playing Sunday.
On a more positive note, Jacoby Brissett was back on the field for a second day of limited practice. That is by no means in indication that he will play, but certainly makes it appear as if he is trending the right direction. Clayton Geathers and Malik Hooker were also back in action as full participants. That’s good news as Hooker was a surprise addition with a knee injury and missed practice Wednesday.
The Colts need a strong push to finish out their season, and hopefully they are on a path to being a healthier unit as a whole and can be at their best on the back stretch.
