» TE Mo Alie-Cox
» K Chase McLaughlin
Chris Ballard is smart to lock up these three key contributors now. Pascal was due to be an exclusive rights free agent but after his year producing for the Colts offense he definitely earned a contract. Pascal caught 41 passes for 607 yards and five touchdowns which leads the team in receiving yards and is tied for receiving touchdowns.
Alie-Cox was also due to be an exclusive rights free agent and again after he stepped up last year in for Doyle and this year for Ebron he earned himself a contract. He was also a key blocker in the run game and managed to add 8 catches for 93 yards.
McLaughlin came in at a difficult time with Adam Vinatieri struggling mightily and ending up on injured reserve. McLaughlin has been nothing short of brilliant since signing for the Colts and definitely early himself a contract extension from the team. He kicked for 83% making 5 out of 6 kicks and also made every extra point.
Editor’s Note: The team also signed a handful of players to reserve/futures contracts. The full list can be found below. Of note, 2019 draft pick Gerri Green will head into the off-season back in Indianapolis.
