Horseshoes with Holder: Colts free agency posture, views on top free agents, in-house talent

Stephen Holder is back in the saddle with a new episode of Horseshoes with Holder as free agency looms.

Holder looks inward and discusses the Colts approach towards their in-house free agents, their views towards Landon Collins before he agreed to play in Washington, as well as the organization’s overall posture towards the free agency frenzy that always is the opening of the new league year.

Several of the top-end free agents, who the Colts were likely at least targeting, have been reported to make agreements with other teams. Landon Collins, Trey Flowers, Adrian Amos and Preston Smith are now seemingly all off the market before free agency officially even starts.

There are, however, more talents out there who the Colts could bring in and make sense as late top-tier or second-tier signings. The Colts, to this point, have only agreed to a deal with WR Devin Funchess.
