The Indianapolis Colt’s have released their injury report for Wednesday, their second for the week before Sunday’s road week 2 game in Tennessee against the Titans.
Defensive end Jabaal Sheard continues to miss practice, he has been out with a knee injury since the second day of training camp. Running back Jonathan remains out as well, he has been sidelined since the final preseason game due to a rib injury.
Defensive end Kemoko Turay missed practice today with the neck injury that caused him to be limited in practice last week. Despite a week of limited practice last week Turay managed to play against the Chargers last Sunday. His injury situation is one to keep an eye on as the season goes on.
Jabaal Sheard out today in pads working with trainers. Good sign.— Mike Chappell (@mchappell51) September 11, 2019
There could be some good news on the horizon for Jabaal Sheard as he was spotted today at practice working with trainers in pads. Although Sheard did not practice today he could be in line to do more throughout the week, and the Colts remain optimistic about his return to the field soon.
With only 3 names on the Colts injury report the team is relatively healthy heading to the Week 2 clash with the Titans.
