Colts head coach Frank Reich spoke to the media in his weekly conference call and gave an update on the Colts health coming out of their Week 2 win over the Titans.

Linebacker Darius Leonard seemed to come out of the game healthy but it appears that he developed concussion symptoms after the game. Due to Leonard developing these symptoms he has therefore been placed in the league’s concussion protocol. Leonard will need to pass the five steps within the protocol before he can play. Leonard’s outlook for Sunday is really up in the air at the moment.

Cornerback Pierre Desir left the game early after injuring his knee in the second half of the game and did not return. Desir has been diagnosed with a bone bruise and at first thought it looked as though Desir might miss some time. However, as Ian Rapoport reported, after further tests and scan it appears the time Desir could miss, if any, will be limited. Desir’s outlook for Sunday doesn’t look great at all at the moment and it looks likely he could miss this Sunday’s game.
