The Indianapolis Colts announced on Wednesday afternoon that the team has placed reserve linebacker Matthew Adams on the Reserve/COVID-19 List.
Specifically, Adams had a high risk close contact outside the Colts facility:

The 3rd-year linebacker has appeared in 3 games for the Colts this season—having been recently activated off of injured reserve (ankle) earlier in November.
He’s recorded a single tackle and just played 75% of the team’s special teams snaps last weekend against the Baltimore Ravens.
The 2018 7th round pick of the Colts is a nice depth piece for the defense at linebacker, as he’s made 9 career starts already in his early career for Indianapolis.
Indianapolis is seemingly taking the reasonable precaution here and also thinking of Adams’ health, and Colts fans will obviously be keeping their fingers crossed regarding the young linebacker’s wellness.
