Tennessee Titans (8-3)
Score this week: Beat the Colts 45-26
Great win for the Titans this week, as they blew out a short handed Colts team that failed to contain Derrick Henry at all. With this win, the Titans took first place in the AFCS all for themselves and are starting to look like a lock to win the division.
Injuries: No new injuries
No relevant injuries to report for the Titans this week, lucky bastards.
Looking ahead: Vs. Browns
Tough test ahead for the Titans, as they go against a red-hot Browns team. With the Browns battling the Colts for the second WC spot, both outcomes are good for the Colts on this one.
Houston Texans (4-7)
Score this week: Beat the Lions 41-25
Solid win for the Texans on Thanksgiving. The Texans situation is weird, as they can’t embrace the tank because they traded their first rounder, but they are also already out of playoff contention. All they can hope for is that their passing offense starts showing that the investment made in it will pay dividends.
Injuries: Will Fuller, Bradley Roby, suspended 6 weeks
Tough news for the Texans, as they will lose Fuller and Roby for the remainder of the year. Fuller was perhaps their best receiver, and Roby was their best secondary player.
Looking ahead: vs. Colts
The Colts have to win this one, I believe the Texans will play with an extra fire as they try to knock us out of the playoff race, but even a short-handed Colts squad should have enough to defeat this team.
Jacksonville Jaguars (1-10)
Score this week: Lost to the Browns 25-27
So, so close to glory. A Jags win against the Browns would have helped the Colts immensely. as the Raiders also lost their game. However, Jacksonville not only disappoints their fanbase, but now have reached the point where they also disappoint others.
Injuries: DaVon Hamilton placed on IR
Rookie defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton was placed on IR with a knee injury.
Looking ahead: @Vikings
The Vikings are fresh off a major comeback win against the Panthers, and are finally starting to look like the team they were supposed to be this season. Tough outing for the Jaguars who are now just hoping that the Jets can win a game so they get the first overall pick.
