According to his representation (as well as the IndyStar’s Joel Erickson), the Indianapolis Colts have re-signed wide receiver Marcus Johnson to a one-year deal:

One-year deal for Johnson, per source.

Originally signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2016, Johnson spent time with the Eagles as well as the Seattle Seahawks organizations before largely finding a home in Indianapolis over the past two years.
Johnson was promoted to the Colts active roster in early November from their practice squad and went on to catch 17 receptions for 277 receiving yards (16.3 ypr. avg.) and 2 touchdown receptions in 8 games (6 starts)—including 3 receptions for 105 receiving yards and a touchdown in the Colts’ Week 14 shootout loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Still only 25 years old, the 6’1”, 207 pound wideout provides additional depth as a potential 4th or 5th option on the Colts active roster—although there will be expected competition throughout both training camp and the preseason.
