Is it too early for a 2021 mock draft?

Yes. Yes, it is way too early for a mock draft.

Am I bored enough to do it anyway?

Yes, yes I am...

Round 1 - Trey Lance QB NDST - I think they probably give Eason a couple years to see if he can play, but Lance sitting there at #17 was good value. (Purdy went one pick earlier to Minnesota). Suffice to say I'm not hanging my hat on Eason being our QB of the future.

Round 2 - Walker Little OT Stanford - Costanzo will probably toy with retirement another year, but we need to think about his replacement sooner rather than later.

Round 3 - Wyatt Davis OG Ohio St - This is not a pick I set out to make, but he was the best player... and why not double down on being the best OL in football. Glow is just a guy and Taylor behind this line would be an absolute monster.

Round 4 - Lorenzo Neal DT Purdue - Buckner should be a rock-star, but we don't have anything to speak of next to him. Neal should provide quality depth if nothing else.

Round 5 - Faion Hicks CB Wisconsin - I am not confident in our DBs at all. I would prefer to have addressed this earlier, but the CB depth just wasn't that great.

Round 6 - Charlie Kolar TE Iowa St - Doyle is a quality TE, but I know Reich/Siriani would like to get more out of that position. Kolar being is a quality rotation player coming this late in the draft is a steal.

Round 7 - Dyami Brown WR North Carolina - TY will be 32 next year. Pittman is a nice add this year, but another WR is needed. The WR class is going to be great again next year and getting Brown as a 7th round would be a gift.
